Makes 6 servings
8 apples (cut up), unpeeled
1 tablespoon honey
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1/4 cup Nu-World Foods Amaranth flour
1/4 cup water
1/2 cup tapioca
Cook apples in water. Drain water and add honey,
cinnamon, flour and tapioca. Fold in greased baking
dish. Sprinkle popped Nu-World Foods Amaranth
lightly on top. Bake 20 minutes at 350 degrees
F.
