Makes 2 crusts
2 cups Nu-World Foods Puffed Amaranth
1 cup fresh almonds - finely ground
2 tablespoons honey
Melt butter in a large skillet. Combine Nu-World
Foods Puffed Amaranth and ground almonds and stir
into butter. Continue to cook on low heat stirring
constantly for 2 minutes. Remove from heat and
add honey. Blend thoroughly and press mixture
into two oiled 9 inch pie plates. The crust may
then be baked at 325 F for 6 minutes or left unbaked
but refrigerated for 3 hours before using.
